MMI has owned and/or managed nearly 60 hotels comprising of over 7,800 rooms during the course of the company history. Hotel sizes have ranged from 75 to over 300 rooms per asset. These properties have spread across the Southeast covering ten states and internationally in the Grand Cayman Islands. The motivation to own and/or operate each hotel has been evlauated with all stakeholders in mind. Expansions, renovation, and recognition of this 1935 historic resort’s legacy have been pivotal in ensuring that a MMI-cultivated brand positioning resonates. The property continues to be recognized as the best hotel and golf course on the island with careful consideration to advance with the times while remembering signature elements and traditions.

Developed and managed through the growth of Orlando’s primary convention and cultural corridor, this 246 suite hotel created long-term careers for many of MMI’s faithful team members and a substantial return for its owners.

Germantown, TN

Recognizing the opportunity of Hyatt’s introduction into the select-service sector, MMI partnered with a real estate firm out of Florida to select sites and deliver Hyatt Place hotels across the Southeast. The Germantown property required the establishment of trust with local authorities and provided FedEx’s corporate team and other nearby offices with the assurance of a consistent experience.

This 120-key, extended-stay hotel was the fourth addition to a third-party management partnership which returned successful occupancy and rate penetration during the operational contract.

Consistently a top service and loyalty performer in the Hilton Garden Inn brand portfolio, HGI Madison/Jackson successfully held its local rankings in spite of supply growth. Hotel development was done through key relationships with local governance and oversight committees.
